The Rosie Peer Group Program
The Rosie Peer Group Program is focused on creating support networks for all women interested in career advancement.
This free nine-month program carefully matches women to a peer group where participants can share their feelings and frustrations, reflect on challenges and opportunities and receive guidance and support from their peers.

- All self-identifying women
- Located in Canada
- 5+ years of career experience (or equivalent education considered)
- Two check-ins with program administrators (at 3-and 9-month marks)
- Two follow-up check-ins with program administrators (at 18- and 24-month marks)

- 10+ years of experience leading or coaching groups
- Two check-ins with program administrators (at 3-and 9-month marks)
We recognize that women and women of intersecting identities are met with unique barriers when it comes to building and growing a career. We apply an intersectional identity lens to our programs and the support and resources we provide.
At this time, there are no available peer groups; however, we encourage you to fill out an application to be placed on a waitlist for future peer groups.

Management Consultant and Leadership Coach
Erin Quinn is a management consultant and leadership coach whose insightful style of guidance is built on more than two decades of experience in manufacturing and engineering operations management. Her professional background has given her inside knowledge about the physical and psychological implications of inclusion and safety for women in the workplace. Her dedication to equity and diversity practices means she runs meetings with inclusion as a priority.
Erin Quinn

Gabriela Jurca is a BC- based mechanical engineer with an impressive resume spanning over 30 years of rapid advancement in her field. From her early years as a project engineer, she has moved through the ranks ultimately overseeing engineering and maintenance at 3 operations plants with dozens of employees under her supervision. Gabriela knows what is required to achieve tremendous success in STEM positions and she is eager to help other women in STEM travel the road to leadership.
