The Rosie Mentoring Programs
We created the Rosie Mentoring Programs to address women’s limited access to role models and mentors. Designed for women entering, upskilling or pivoting to careers in STEM, skilled trades and leadership, our programs provide women with the opportunity to receive guidance, support and encouragement as they progress in their careers. The Rosie Initiative is grateful to Co-Presenting Partners Capital Power and Ontario Power Generation and Amplify Partner BGIS for their support.
What does it look like?
Connect once a month for one to two hours.
Engage in virtual programs with participants across Canada.
Network with like-minded professionals in STEM, skilled trades and leadership.
