The Rosie Peer Group Mentoring Program
We created the Rosie Peer Group Mentoring Program to address women’s limited access to role models and mentors. The Peer Group Program is designed for women entering, upskilling or pivoting to careers in STEM, skilled trades and leadership. Peer groups will act as a supportive and developmental environment where participants can share their work/life experiences, prompt insightful discussions and seek guidance.
The Rosie Initiative is grateful to Co-Presenting Partners Capital Power and Ontario Power Generation and Amplify Partner BGIS for their support.
If you are interested in participating in the Rosie Peer Group Mentoring Program, please complete an application form. We will consider all applications; however, submitting an application does not guarantee participation in the Rosie Peer Group Mentoring Program.
