Nadia Temacini has a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Chemical Engineering from the University of Ottawa. She completed co-op placements in the pulp and paper industry, oil and gas, and energy conservation research. She currently works as a Market Coordinator in the Renewable Generation division at Ontario Power Generation and is pursuing her Professional Engineer license with the Professional Engineers of Ontario.
Delanie Wall is a Business Analyst within Deloitte’s consulting practice in their Technology Strategy & Transformation service line. She graduated from the Paul J. Hill School of Business at the University of Regina in 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in entrepreneurship. She has always had a passion for business processes and was eager to join an industry that was leading technology transformation.
Margret Lo is a third-year student at Queen’s University working on a major in Psychology and a minor in Biology. She is a research assistant with the Culture and Cognition Lab run by Dr. Li-Jun Ji, Co-Director for TEDxQueensU. She is also a research student working on the improvement of surgery quality under the tutelage of Dr. Teodor Grantcharov at St. Michael’s Hospital.

Diana Urrego has over 10 years of engineering experience. She has worked in the nuclear industry for 5 years and is an Engineering Section Manager with Ontario Power Generation. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Control Engineering and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering. Diana graduated from the University of Toronto in the Licensing International Engineering into the Profession program and completed a Graduate Diploma in Design Nuclear Engineering at Ontario Tech University.
Yuval Gutman is studying Financial Analysis and Risk Management with a minor in Statistics at the University of Waterloo. She served as Co-President of the Financial Analysis and Risk Management Student Association and is currently a Research Analyst. Yuval did a co-op term at Deloitte in their Risk Advisory practice and will be working in Private Equity and Investment Banking for her next co-op. She is passionate about mentoring young women and encouraging them to enter STEM.
Holly Clayton graduated from the University of Alberta with a degree in Environmental Engineering and moved to Ontario to join the Water and Wastewater team at an engineering consulting firm. Currently, she is a Project Engineer at Nevada Gold Mines. She understands the important role women play within the engineering industry and the unique challenges they face. She has a passion for encouraging women to enter and succeed in the field of engineering.
