Le programme de mentorat Rosie avec un groupe de pairs

Nous avons créé le Programme de mentorat Rosie avec un groupe de pairs pour remédier à l’accès limité des femmes à des modèles et à des mentors. Le Programme des groupes de pairs est conçu pour les femmes qui se lancent dans une carrière dans les domaines des STIM, des métiers spécialisés et du leadership, ou qui se perfectionnent ou se réorientent vers ces domaines. Les groupes de pairs offrent un environnement de soutien et de développement où les participantes peuvent partager leurs expériences professionnelles et personnelles, participer à des discussions enrichissantes et demander conseil ou conseiller.

L’Initiative Rosie est reconnaissante envers les partenaires co-présentateurs Capital Power et Ontario Power Generation et au partenaire amplification BGIS pour leur soutien.

Si vous souhaitez participer au Programme de mentorat Rosie avec un groupe de pairs, veuillez remplir un formulaire de demande. Nous prendrons toutes les demandes en considération. Cependant, veuillez noter que la soumission de votre demande ne garantit pas la participation au programme de mentorat Rosie avec un groupe de pairs.

À l’heure actuelle, les services et les documents complémentaires du programme de mentorat avec un groupe de pairs Rosie sont disponibles uniquement en anglais.

Pour le moment, il n’y a pas de groupes de pairs disponibles. Cependant, nous vous encourageons à remplir un formulaire de candidature afin d’être placée sur une liste d’attente lorsque les futurs groupes de pairs seront disponibles.

Détails du programme : 

  • Programme GRATUIT d’une durée d’un an avec des groupes de pairs qui devraient se réunir une fois par mois pendant deux heures. 
  • Les groupes de pairs seront créés en fonction du secteur d’activité, du niveau d’ancienneté, des buts et des objectifs.
  • Les groupes de pairs comprendront une animatrice et huit à dix pairs. 
  • Le mentorat sera virtuel (il se peut que les participantes ne soient pas dans la même région). 
  • Les participantes auront accès à un groupe privé sur LinkedIn pour créer un réseau. 
  • Les participantes recevront un certificat à l’issue du programme. 

Exigences du programme : 

  • Les candidatures des animatrices et des pairs sont ouvertes aux personnes qui s’identifient comme des femmes. 
  • Les pairs doivent avoir une expérience de travail d’au moins un an dans le domaine des STIM, des métiers spécialisés ou du leadership. 
  • Les animatrices doivent avoir un minimum de huit ans d’expérience professionnelle dans leur domaine et avoir de l’expérience dans la direction ou l’encadrement de groupes. 
  • Les candidat.e.s doivent être citoyen.ne.s canadien.ne.s, résident.e.s permanent.e.s ou personnes protégées au sens de la loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés.
